| Because of the overwhelming response to the Ashbourne, we designed the Ashland. Its features are very similar except on a smaller scale. The centralized living room views the skylit porch through double French doors. L-shaped kitchen easily accesses the nearby formal dining room and the adjoining breakfast. The cook-top island provides a snack bar. The formal dining room displacys airy 10 ft ceilings. The master suite features a box window and has private access to the rear porch. The luxurious master bath includes his and hers corner walk-in closets, dual vanities with a large amount of counter space, linen closet, and a leisuring raised garden tub set by a window. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath; and both bedrooms have ample closet space. The utility room and half bath are conveniently located near the garage. Access to the upstairs is provided by the stair near the garage. Completing the future area would increase the living area by an additional 878 square feet. |
