Please Note:

Delivery time frames pertain to business days only (Monday through Friday). Weekends are not included in delivery time frames.
Carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your shipping address must be a physical street address.
All house plans are designed and shipped with standard, imperial measurements, not metric. If plans need to be converted to metric, please call before ordering.

Attention: CA, OR, WA, and NV residents: Our house plans may not meet Earthquake Seismic/Wind code requirements. Energy Analysis is not included.
Attention: GA, SC, and NC Coastal residents: Plans may have to be engineered to meet local Hurricane/Wind codes.
Attention AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, ID, KY, MD, MA, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PN, UT, and VA residents: Plans may have to be engineered to meet local building codes. Please call your local building department before placing order.
All customers should contact your local building department and confirm all requirements before placing order.
