| Raised front porch is cradled between two gables forming this fabulous, symmetrical design. The foyer serves as a hallway accessing every area of the home. Large windows look on to the porch and allow the sunshine to brighten the area. Living room, dining room, and kitchen provide an open greatroom designs; yet each has a distinguishable area. In the living room, a vaulted ceiling is well lit by skylights and large windows along side the fireplace. Columns introduce the dining area as it looks on to the rear porch. A large curved cased opening and snack bar set the stage for the kitchen. The master bedroom has an outstanding view to the rear and side of the home. A garden tub with shower, dual lavatories and a walk-in closet are featured in the master bath. Optional and future expansion is available in this design; this includes an open loft to the living area. If no chosen, stairs will become closets and handrails become walls.
